Already available in Europe, the Barina Spark is set to debut at next week’s Australian International Motor Show in Sydney. Holden has confirmed the Spark will be powered by a 1.2 litre DOHC four-cylinder petrol engine. It’s a frugal unit too, listing fuel consumption figures of just 5.6 l/100km – making it the most economical car in the Holden line-up.
The Holden Barina Spark standard features will include electronic stability control, ABS brakes and front, front side and curtain airbags (six in total). Pricing for the new Barina Spark will be released at AIMS.
