Peugeot has unveiled the Peugeot BB1 Concept. The Peugeot BB1 Concept is powered by an electric motor which powers the rear wheels and develops 15 kW (20hp) and 2 x 320 Nm of torque on the wheel. The Peugeot BB1 Concept has a maximum speed of 90 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in 4.0 seconds. The lithium-ion batteries of the Peugeot BB1 Concept can offer it a range of around 120 km on a full charge.

Peugeot BB1 Concept is fitted with electric motors in the rear wheels, designed in association with Michelin. The Peugeot BB1 Concept comes with a maximum power output of 15 kW (20hp) – or 7.5 kW per motor and response at start-up (0 to 30 kph in 2.8 seconds) and excellent in-gear acceleration (30-60 kph in 4 seconds). The Peugeot BB1 Concept interior can be transformed as required to offer a load volume of 160 liters (with four occupants), rising to 855 liters (with just one person in the car).
