The Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 Concept is based on an extended cab/short box body. The custom bodywork includes carbon fiber fender flares that stretch outward to cover the 35-inch-tall Goodyear Wrangler off-road tires and widened stance. Much of the Chevrolet Silverado ZR2′s body is made of carbon fiber, including the front fenders, extractor-style hood, rocker extensions and tailgate, which features large, debossed CHEVROLET lettering as a nod to Chevy trucks of the past.

The Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 comes with a large, more prominent grille is also part of the package and is a vision of what designers would like to see in a production or accessory part. It is very functional, feeding cool air to the 550-horsepower LS supercharged crate engine from GM Performance Parts. The Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 combination of 20-inch BBS RD wheels – reminiscent of historic Chevy truck wheel – and aggressive Goodyear Wrangler MT/R tires connect to the chassis via BDS shocks and a four-inch lift kit to help negotiate those desert trails. The new front fascia dramatically improves approach angle and skid plates protect the chassis.

    Do you know if this model is probably product for the commercial sales? And yes, It’s a 4WD! And it’s more cool than a ford f-150 raptor! I want it!

    Ha nothing could beat this truck i think a ford would never match a chevy. this is the best truck a ford person would see and wonder why fords not as good. i need to have this truck!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I really think that Chevrolet should put this truck on the market. I believe that this truck could help out Chevy alot with sales because, I really liked Chevy until their 4×4 trucks kept sitting lower and lower. Then Ford came out with the Raptor and I fell in love with it. I belive that companys should produce more off road trucks, because 4×4 trucks are made for off road not city streets!!

    well my parent have both my mom drives a tahoe and my dad a f150
    and i realy like both truck but i realy like this silverado zr2
    i think that wen i get a truck am going to get a chevy

    Build It! If you’re listening GM you have to know the contortions Chevy (and other) truck owners go through just to install larger tires on their trucks. Lift kits and wheel-wheel surgery should not be required. 20″+ wheels and low profile tires are absurd for a 4×4 off-road truck. Most of us who use 4×4′s want to buy factory built usable trucks. Just don’t make it look like a toy or race truck.

    Well it is deffently a straight up bad **s truck by far and beats a ford all around….but it will look alot better if it is one color and perferbly dark colors or if a white one it should have black rims
